This notice explains how Klinikar.ai (operated by [YOUR COMPANY NAME, Registration No. XXXXXXX-X] — "we", "us") handles personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. It applies to this website and to the enquiry and sign-up forms on it.
What we collect
When you use our forms, we collect what you type: your shop name, your name, your WhatsApp number, your town and state, your email if you give one, and what your business does. We also record which page the form was on, which advertisement brought you here (campaign tags in the link), and a scrambled, one-way code derived from your connection address that cannot be turned back into the address — we use it only to block automated spam.
What we use it for
- To reply to your enquiry and set up your Klinikar.ai service.
- To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your enquiry or subscription.
- To understand which of our advertisements actually work.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to anyone except the service providers below, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to Klinikar.ai.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our own website database. When we reply to you, the conversation happens on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy. If you email us, your message sits in our email provider.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising. These set cookies and receive standard visit data. You can block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer, and then as long as Malaysian tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will respond within 21 days.
