I already have Facebook and WhatsApp. Do I still need this?
The issue is not whether you have Facebook or WhatsApp. The issue is what happens after the customer asks: is it organised, followed up, moved into appointment, and saved as data?

Is WhatsApp bot included?
The base packages support WhatsApp lead handover. If you want an AI bot to connect directly to WhatsApp and automatically reply to customers, that is an additional service and requires separate setup and quotation.

No, and we should not make unrealistic guarantees.

What if I do not have stock?
The system uses a supply-network-supported enquiry method. After the customer submits their needs, the workshop confirms same-day availability, pricing, and arrangement.

Before confirmation, the system will not falsely promise that stock is available.
Can a normal workshop use this if it does not sell tyres?
Yes.
